I assist my clients in home loan, commercial property & business loan, car, equipment and personal finance, refinance their existing loans. I believe working as a finance manager at RFS involves ongoing professional knowledge update and high level of professionalism, to delivery an excellent finance result and customer service each time.
I hold a Master degree of Business, certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage brokering, Advanced Diploma of Translating and certificate IV in Property Services. I am also an associate member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA). I value my habit of ongoing professional development and non-stop learning. I delicate myself to provide a high standard of service though out the loan process and go beyond.
My education background combines four years working experiences in this industry gives a strong knowledge basis in analysis a panel of 80 lenders and each individual products and allow me to find the best suitable lenders and most saving products for my clients. I corporate closely with customer, lender and third-party professionals (solicitor, real estate agent & accountant) to assure that my client has a hassle-free loan process and always keep them updated. Most importantly, to help them get their loan approval and achieve their dreams.
