A vision made simple.
Robert and I were a couple who wished to purchase our first home. We had trawled the internet searching for that elusive dream home that fell within our budget. This part was both exciting and simple as we sat for hours discussing what we wanted in a 'home'.
The day came when we found all that we were looking for, however the excitement was short lived as we realised that we had no idea how to proceed from here.
Fate played a hand that day, as Robert was given the number of a Finance Broker who had assisted a friend to purchase his first home. So began the relationship with Jan.
A situation which could have been extremely stressful and potentially full of disappointment, became organised and exciting once again. Jan is both brilliant and personable in her profession. Jan's communication with her clientele is second to none. We were informed throughout the process of any and all information pertaining to the purchase of our "dream".
Jan worked tirelessly on the task of obtaining a home loan for us, often after the general population had retired for the evening and before others started their day. I was reassured after each setback that there was always another avenue to try. Not once during this process did I ever consider the possibly of trying another broker. In fact Jan was so wonderful, I looked forward to the phone calls even if they weren't as positive as I wished.
Needless to say Jan achieved the almost impossible for us and we were proud home owners.
After the purchase of this home, Jan continued to periodically contact us to provide information on the world of finance and to 'catch up'.
When Robert and I were looking at purchasing another property there was only ever one option, and that was to call Jan. Once again Jan astounded me with her professionalism, communication and determination to achieve the best result for her clients.
If we hadn't had the pleasure of being introduced to Jan, I don't believe we would be the proud owners of two houses (currently).
